Jane Gajano-Blythe is the owner of West Berkeley Wellness and a licensed Acupuncturist specializing in prevention, anti-aging and longevity medicine. She earned her Masters of Science degree from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley where she spent four years learning about holistic medicine and the integration of both Eastern and Western medicine. She is currently working towards her doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine at AIMC and will be pursuing a Functional Medicine Mentorship to further her education around medicinal practices.
While offering a range of acupuncture and functional medicine modalities, Jane incorporates her knowledge of health coaching in all her treatments. Much of her experience is centered around chronic and complex conditions and works to support gut health through nutrition and supplementation. Looking at the body through a variety of lenses allows for a more accurate diagnosis and ultimately a more effective treatment. To address this, Jane provides an individualized 360 degree approach to restore the body’s own mechanism of healing.
Jane is also available for private health coaching and functional medicine consultations by phone or Zoom in addition to clinic hours.

Miero Park is a California board certified licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture specialist. Prior to receiving her Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at ACTCM, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on holistic health at San Francisco State University. Passionate about skincare and beauty from a young age, Miero translated her work in the spa and skincare industry to perfect her techniques in Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture and Microcurrent therapies.
Through her years of serving communities across the Bay Area, she has experience treating a variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, chronic and acute pain, mental health, stress, insomnia, and addiction rehabilitation. She has a deep passion for health, fitness and nutrition and her goal is to always have her patients leaving balanced inside and out.

Dr. Erika Dahlheim is a licensed acupuncturist certified by the California Acupuncture Board (CAB) and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Erika is passionate about holistic medicine and increasing the quality and enjoyment of life for those she serves. She specializes in treating pain related conditions such as chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, and headaches, as well as conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, asthma, hormone imbalance, and personal and spiritual growth. Erika believes in modifying her approach and technique to match individual patients’ needs. She brings a 15 year history of practicing medically oriented massage to her practice. Erika received her masters and doctorate degrees in acupuncture and Chinese medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM). She has interned in Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China and at the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic. She also has volunteered acupuncture services at the Bay Area Veteran’s Clinic (BAYVAC). She completed her certification program for massage therapy at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. Erika is trained in Bio-therapeutic microcurrent facials and sees patients Wednesday through Saturday.

Dr. Grazina Adkins has been a licensed acupuncturist in California for two decades. She earned bachelors degrees in psychology and molecular & cell biology and completed a masters degree in traditional Chinese medicine from ACCHS and a Doctor of Oriental Medicine degree from South Baylo University. She has been an instructor of traditional Chinese medicine at Vilnius University in Lithuania. She uses traditional pulse and tongue diagnostic methods combined with a variety of healing techniques such as moxa, cupping, Qi Gong and Reiki, in addition to acupuncture. She also possesses a strong command of herbal medicine.
With a background in psychology and her compassionate, caring spirit, she has a keen ability to support patients’ mental and emotional health. Dr. Grazina specializes in pain management, endocrine disorders, insomnia, skin conditions, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer treatment support. She is also trained in the Biotherapeutic microcurrent facial and acupuncture facial rejuvenation techniques.
Kathleen Lucas, Massage Therapist | BOOK WITH KATHLEEN |
Kathleen Lucas (CMT#75952) is a certified massage therapist focusing on bodywork therapies with roots in Asian medicine. She received training from the McKinnon Institute, formerly known as the Acupressure Institute, and utilizes tui na, acupressure, shiatsu, and reflexology to treat a variety of complaints. After several years of a fast-paced career in corporate fashion living in New York City, Kathleen discovered her passion for holistic healing on a human and a global level. When she’s not in the clinic, you might find her out in the community working with grassroots movements for clean air, clean water, and clean soil.
Kathleen comes from a family lineage of martial arts, has studied dance for several years, and has a regular qigong practice. She loves facilitating the expansion that bodywork can bring forth.
Allison Quistgard Scherer, Health Coach
Allison Quistgard Scherer is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a Health and Wellness Journalist. She is the Founder of Sprig and Glow, a platform dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. She has written for Marin Magazine in California and was a contributing writer for the book "Project You." She is a former expert consultant for Space NK Apothecary, London, and has been featured on Marin T.V.'s "Healing from the ground up." She co-produced and hosted a show where she interviewed guests such as Dr.Dean Ornish and went on to create "Health and Wellness Masters," a new Utube channel where she interviews thought leaders and experts like Dr. Andrew Weil.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, Allison's first client was herself. Ten days before the birth of her first child, she woke up with the left side of her face paralyzed. The root cause was not revealed until many years later when she was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.
For over twenty years, Allison has studied and researched all forms of functional and alternative medicine as an approach to healing. She is using her certifications in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), and Positive Psychology, along with nutrition and mind-body awareness to empower long term behavioral change. Allison specializes in helping people overcome obstacles in the pursuit of their unique wellness goals. She connects deeply with her clients and builds relationships based on trust, communication, and unwavering support.
When Allison isn't working, she is probably out advocating for regenerative farming practices, leading a group health event for teen athletes, attending a health conference, hiking on Mt. Tamalpais, or traveling to the "Blue Zones" to uncover the secrets of longevity.
Bella Neterval, Clinic Manager
Bella, our office manager, is a visual artist living in Oakland, with a degree in Environmental Studies. With a background in western herbalism, they wish to pursue an education in bodywork in the future and explore more areas of holistic healing.
Jae Scott, Administration Assistant
Jae Scott is finishing up her last year at Mills College, studying Ethnic and Environmental Studies. She received an international certification in holistic landscape design from Santa Barbara City College and has a passion for environmental justice, health, and wellness. When she’s not in the office, you might find her working with the global community advocating for various forms of justice.
